An 18-week program to prepare students for jobs providing customer service while using digital skills and performing general office duties, like scheduling appointments and entering patient data, in the field of healthcare. Students will have the opportunity to complete a paid internship during the second half of their program. Prerequisites: high school diploma or equivalent, approved application, interview, US work authorization held or in progress, CASAS score of 230.
