This course is designed for participants planning to complete PAE Workforce Programs including the Healthcare Office Certificate, Teller Training, MA Pre-Apprenticeship, and Supported CNA. Students will review math and numeracy skills needed for professional careers. Students will also review the various soft skills that will make them a successful employee, including professionalism in the workplace, teamwork, and work ethic. Classroom activities include individual and group work, games, role playing, case scenarios, and presentations. Prerequisite: LA 100+ or CASAS STEPS of 228+
